The Guardian
Oklahoma City, OK
Originally built in 1922, The Guardian has a long history of automobile related businesses. The 40,000 square-foot building underwent a major restoration that was completed in 2013. Located in Mid Town, The Guardian provides (37) loft apartments with ground level restaurants, and the conversion of an alley into a pedestrian plaza.
Each apartment features KE Fibertec fabric duct which makes this project truly unique.
