Projects : Historic Renovations
Marion
Oklahoma City, OK
Originally built in 1901, Marion is considered to be the oldest surviving structure in downtown Oklahoma City. Located in what is now considered "Midtown", the three story building was originally "a first-class European hotel catering only to the best and highest-class trade." Purchased in 2006 by the Midtown Renaissance Group, and after undergoing major renovations, Marion now consists of 10 upscale apartments.
